Common billing questions

Are plans per workspace or per account?

Plans are per workspace. Each workspace has its own projects, team members, branding, usage limits, and billing. You can create multiple workspaces, each on its own plan.

What happens when I reach the AI draft limit?

AI drafting pauses when included usage and any extra AI credits are exhausted. Your existing projects, documents, and tasks stay intact.

Does the free plan require a credit card?

No. You can sign up and use the free plan without entering payment details. A card is only required when upgrading to Pro or Studio.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. Cancel or downgrade from your billing settings whenever you want. Paid access continues to the end of your current billing cycle — no penalty.

What is included in all plans?

All plans include clients, projects, intake notes, AI document drafting, task review, and the lightweight delivery checklist. Limits vary by tier.
