Passkeys, Sidebar Projects, Delivery Sign-off, and Settings Improvements
Passwordless sign-in with passkeys, recent projects in the sidebar, formal delivery sign-off by clients, a dedicated Forms settings tab, free plan project limit warnings, and a more helpful support assistant.
This release brings passkey sign-in, several sidebar improvements, a formal client delivery sign-off flow, and a reorganised settings experience — plus a smarter support assistant that can now answer questions about Stripe and invoicing.
Passkeys — passwordless sign-in
You can now sign in to Sensra using your device biometrics (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello) or a hardware security key instead of a password.
- Onboarding prompt. New workspaces see a "Strongly recommended" passkey setup step right after workspace creation. Give the passkey a name (e.g. "MacBook Pro") to identify it later.
- Settings → Account & Security. Add, rename, or delete up to 5 passkeys at any time. The passkey picker in your OS shows your email address, not a Clerk user ID.
- Sign-in page. A "Sign in with a passkey" button lets you authenticate instantly on any registered device.
Account & Security settings tab
The separate Account and Security tabs have been merged into a single Account & Security tab. Passkeys appear above the Danger Zone. Navigating to ?tab=security still works and redirects to the combined tab.
Sidebar: recent projects
The Projects item in the sidebar now expands to show your 5 most recently updated active projects as direct links. Click any project name to jump straight to it without going through the Projects list first.
Sidebar: workspace switcher always opens
The workspace name in the breadcrumb now always opens a dropdown — even when you only have one workspace — so you can create a second workspace from anywhere in the app.
Client delivery sign-off
Clients can now formally sign off a delivery from the delivery share page. When they do, the workspace receives a distinct "Delivery signed off ✓" email showing the signer's email address, separate from the regular delivery feedback emails. A workspace notification is also created.
Forms tab in Settings
Embeddable Forms have moved from Connected apps to their own Forms tab in Settings. The full form management table — embed code, copy endpoint, status, submission count — is now inline. No separate page redirect.
Free plan project limit warning
When a Free plan workspace reaches its 2-project limit, a warning banner appears at the top of the Projects page with a link to upgrade, rather than silently blocking new project creation.
Subscription cancellation email
When you schedule a subscription cancellation (via the billing portal), Sensra now immediately sends a confirmation email showing the date your access ends and a link to reactivate if you change your mind.
Support assistant improvements
The in-dashboard support assistant now accurately answers questions about Stripe Connect and deposit invoices — how to connect, where the settings live, which plans are required, and how to send a payment link from the Proposal tab. It also handles freeform and informal questions more naturally instead of asking for more detail.
