The terms that govern your use of Sensra.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sensra platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of services
You may use Sensra only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in abusive behavior.
Account registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription and billing
Sensra offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are generally not provided for partial months of service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
Intellectual property
The Sensra platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Sensra and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Sensra, including intake submissions, project notes, proposals, scopes, tasks, and files. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve our services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
