Cookie Policy

How Sensra uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated January 1, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Sensra uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our platform.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your login state or preferences.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled.

  • Authentication session cookie — set by our authentication provider (Clerk) to keep you signed in across page loads. Expires when you sign out or after the session timeout.
  • CSRF protection tokens — short-lived tokens that protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery.
  • Active workspace cookie — stores which workspace you last accessed so you are returned to the correct context on sign-in. HttpOnly, secure, 1-year expiry.

Preference cookies

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience.

  • Theme preference — stores your light or dark mode preference. Session-scoped or persisted depending on your browser settings.

Analytics cookies

We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. These tools do not track individuals across sites and do not sell data to third parties. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

Third-party cookies

Our authentication provider (Clerk) may set its own cookies as part of the sign-in flow. These are governed by Clerk's privacy policy. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Sensra. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View which cookies are set
  • Delete all cookies or cookies from specific sites
  • Block cookies from specific sites or all sites

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Continued use of Sensra after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
