Optional processing tools

Turn a discussion into a starting point.

The implemented AI workflow can draft feedback summaries and action items from a file’s discussion, and a document summary from extracted text. You stay responsible for the next step.

Illustrative product example · fictional files and names · early access

Early access: AI summaries may be unavailable at times while we roll them out, so don't plan a client deadline around them yet. They need a Pro or Team plan.

Review the suggestions against their source.

A busy review can be hard to scan. These optional tools organize existing feedback into a draft you can check, rather than making decisions or changing the document for you.

Feedback summary

Draft an overview from the selected file’s feedback, keeping the output tied to the source context.

Suggested action items

Extract proposed next steps for a person to review. Sensra does not execute the tasks or guarantee the suggestions are correct.

Document summary

Use available extracted document text as the input for a summary, through the existing text-recognition workflow.

The workflow

How ai feedback tools works.

  1. 1

    Choose the source

Use feedback or extracted document text you are authorized to access.

  2. 2

    Request processing

When enabled, the request uses the workspace’s independent AI allowance.

  3. 3

    Check the result

Read the draft alongside its source before acting on it.

Before you start

  • AI can omit context or make mistakes. Outputs require human review.
  • Processing sends the required source content to the configured provider. Read the privacy policy before using it with sensitive material.
  • AI and text recognition have separate monthly quotas and are in early access.
