No more “which page did you mean?”

Page-specific annotations let reviewers call out a passage or layout detail without rebuilding the context in an email. Select text when the PDF includes it, or mark an area visually.

Page-specific feedback

Move between PDF pages with each page’s annotations kept in place.

Highlight the passage

Select available PDF text to attach a highlight and quoted context to the discussion.

Review with the original intact

Your uploaded PDF remains the source file. Annotations and replies are stored separately.

The workflow

How pdf review works.

  1. 1

    Upload the PDF

Add a PDF of up to 10 MiB to a project.

  2. 2

    Review page by page

Highlight text, pin a note or frame an area on the relevant page.

  3. 3

    Return to the discussion

Reopen the same version to see saved marks, replies and resolved threads.

Before you start

  • Password-protected or unsupported PDFs may not render. Check the preview before inviting reviewers.
  • A scanned PDF has no selectable text unless text is already embedded. Text recognition is a separate, provider-dependent tool.
  • Annotations are stored separately from the source PDF. Changing the original document content requires a new upload.
