Keep the conversation attached
One thread for one piece of feedback.
A comment means more when you can see what it refers to. Discuss the detail next to the mark, with replies in the same thread.

An easier conversation to pick up tomorrow.
Read the feedback alongside the work instead of piecing it together from messages. Author names and timestamps help the team follow the discussion; open and resolved states keep unfinished points visible.
Start with context
An annotation and its first comment are saved together. New feedback begins with a place on the file.
Reply and correct
Add replies or edit and delete comments when your permissions allow. Concurrent edits are checked rather than silently overwritten.
Resolve and reopen
Mark a discussion resolved when addressed and reopen it if the point needs another look.
The workflow
How comments and threads works.
- 1
Leave the first note
Place an annotation and explain the change you are asking for.
- 2
Discuss the detail
Reply within the thread so the exchange stays attached to the file version.
- 3
Mark the point addressed
Resolve the thread, or reopen it when the discussion continues.
Before you start
- Thread resolution is a feedback state, not a legally binding approval or a client signature.
- Who can edit, delete or resolve is enforced by role and authorship. A guest can only act within the shared link’s permissions.
Keep exploring.
Visual annotations
A paragraph of directions can still leave someone guessing. Put a pin, box, arrow or sketch on the work and start the conversation there.
