A clear yes, or a clear list of changes

Know when the work is approved.

Instead of hunting through email for a thumbs-up, let the reviewer press Approve or Request changes on the file they just looked at, and see it next to the feedback.

Approval tied to the version, not to a thread of emails.

A decision is recorded against one version of one file, with the reviewer's typed name and the time. When you upload a revision the file asks for a fresh decision, so an old approval never makes new work look approved.

Approve or request changes

Reviewers using a comment link choose Approve or Request changes on the version in front of them, with an optional note. You are notified.

Decisions belong to a version

A new upload needs a new decision. Earlier decisions stay in the history and are labelled with the version they were made on.

A record you can print

Open the project sign-off summary for each file's current version, fingerprint and decision, then print it or save it as a PDF.

The workflow

How client approval works.

  1. 1

    Share the file

Send a comment link. The reviewer needs no account.

  2. 2

    Get the decision

Approve or Request changes arrives with the reviewer's typed name and the date.

  3. 3

    Revise and record

Upload a new version, ask again, and print the sign-off summary once everything is approved.

Before you start

  • A reviewer's name is typed by them and isn't verified. The sign-off summary is a record of decisions made in Sensra, not a legal signature or a certificate.
  • Decisions are per file version. Changing a file starts a new review round, and view-only links cannot decide.
