Add annotations and comments
Point feedback at the right part of an image or PDF.

Leave anchored feedback
- Open the intended file and version.
- Choose a comment pin or another available annotation tool.
- Click a point or draw a region on the page.
- Write the feedback and submit the comment. Check that it appears in the thread list.
Pick a suitable tool
Pins identify a point; regions and drawing tools identify a larger area. PDF highlights need selectable text on that page. A scanned page may have no text layer; use a pin or shape instead. Zooming changes your view, not the stored feedback location.
Respect access limits
A viewer can read but cannot annotate. A guest needs a comment link. If controls are disabled, ask the workspace administrator or link sender to check your access. Keep comments focused on the review and avoid passwords or sensitive credentials.
