Understand workspace roles
Choose suitable access for owners, teammates and read-only reviewers.

Management and billing
Owners control ownership and billing. Administrators manage members and projects but do not gain owner-only billing control. Member and editor roles can manage projects and files. Permissions are checked on the server; hiding a button is not the access boundary.
Feedback and read-only access
Commenters can annotate and discuss without file-management permissions. Viewers can read authorized files but cannot write feedback. Guests have only the access granted by their individual review link and are not workspace members.
Request a change
Ask a workspace owner or administrator to review your role if a required action is unavailable. An editor-seat limit may prevent increasing access. Workspace ownership does not grant access to Sensra’s private support administration inbox.
