Choose guest permissions and expiration
Control what a review link allows and which comments it shows.

Choose the access level
Can view permits reading the shared file. Can comment also permits comments, annotations and review decisions. Neither gives workspace membership or file-management access. Guest reviewers do not use editor seats.
Choose feedback visibility
Only their own limits each guest to their own comments and replies to those threads. Everyone’s comments allows the guest to see team and other visible feedback on the file. Select the narrower option when discussing confidential work.
Set expiration
The dialog offers 1, 7, 30 or 90 days, with 7 days selected initially. Create a new link if you need a different access setup later. Password-protected links are not currently available, even if a plan’s capabilities suggest future support. Revocation is the way to end a link early.
