Sharing & Guest Reviews
Revoke a shared review link
End further access through a link you created.
Last reviewed
Revoke the link
- Open Share for the file, or the project’s review-link controls.
- Find the relevant item in Active links.
- Choose Revoke for that link.
- Create and send a replacement only if the reviewer still needs access.
What happens next
The revoked link no longer starts new sessions or permits new feedback and download requests. Existing short-lived downloads can remain usable briefly. Revocation cannot erase content already delivered to a browser or downloaded by a reviewer.
Keep the discussion
Revocation does not remove the guest’s existing comments from the team’s review history. If you cannot see the revocation control, ask a workspace member who can manage review links.
