Find billing controls and understand when changes take effect.

Open billing
- Open Settings → Plan and billing in the relevant workspace.
- Check the current plan, usage and any pending change.
- As the workspace owner, use the available plan-change or billing-portal controls.
- For payment methods, invoices or cancellation, use the options offered in the secure billing portal.
Timing of changes
Launch subscriptions are monthly. Increases can be billed immediately with proration; reductions are scheduled for the end of the current period. Confirm the effective date shown before accepting a change. What the configured checkout offers is authoritative.
After returning to Sensra
Returning from checkout does not itself activate a plan. Sensra must receive and reconcile the billing provider’s update. If the page is stale, refresh after a short wait. Contact support with the workspace and approximate time if the problem continues, without card numbers or payment credentials.
