Compare the current offering
Open Pricing for the current published plans and Plan and billing for the actual allowances in your workspace. The launch catalog offers Free, Pro and Team. Prices are per workspace per month; checkout shows the configured currency and amount before payment.
Editors and guests
Editor allowances count workspace roles that use editor capacity. Guests on review links do not use editor seats. Choose a commenter or viewer role when that is the access a teammate needs; do not grant management permissions merely to let someone review a file.
Add-ons and limits
Paid storage packs add workspace capacity. Extra editor add-ons are available on Team. These add-ons do not increase the current 10 MiB per-file ceiling. AI/OCR and Office conversion have separate allowances and remain dependent on service availability.
