Understand storage and usage limits
Find the allowance that is blocking a new action.

Check the correct workspace
Plan and billing shows storage usage, editor capacity and processing allowances for the selected workspace. Different workspaces have independent billing. A quota message may concern active projects, editors, storage, conversions, AI requests or OCR pages.
Make room
- Read the error to identify the allowance.
- For active-project limits, archive finished reviews.
- For storage, review retained files and versions or discuss additional capacity with the owner.
- For editor limits, review member roles or the available plan and add-ons.
Allow for cleanup
Archiving does not remove file bytes. Deleted or failed-upload storage may stay charged until safe cleanup has completed. Usage warnings begin before the storage ceiling; existing readable files remain available when new uploads are refused. Do not repeatedly retry a quota-blocked conversion or provider request.
