Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP images; PDFs; and DOCX, PPTX or XLSX Office documents. Office documents are reviewed as converted PDFs, not edited in their original application format. SVG, legacy DOC/XLS/PPT files and macro-enabled formats are not supported.

Size and storage

The current per-file ceiling is 10 MiB (10 × 1024 × 1024 bytes), including on paid plans. Your workspace also has a storage allowance. The upload screen and Plan and billing show applicable limits; buying storage does not raise the per-file ceiling.

Prepare an acceptable file

  1. Export an unsupported document to PDF in its original application.
  2. Reduce large image dimensions or export a smaller PDF if the file is too large.
  3. Do not rename an extension to disguise a different file type. Sensra checks file contents.
  4. If an Office file is refused, try a plain export without macros or external dependencies.
