- Wait for the conversion status to reach Ready.
- Open Review to annotate the converted PDF.
- Download the original separately when you need the Office source.
What to expect
Conversion preserves the original upload as a separate file artifact. Layout can differ from the original application, especially for spreadsheets, fonts and complex slides. Check the PDF before asking others to review it. Sensra does not execute Office macros or provide native Office editing.
If no preview appears
Conversion requires the service to be configured and available, plus remaining workspace allowance. If it is unavailable, export to PDF in your Office application and upload that instead. Do not keep uploading duplicate Office files as a retry strategy.
