Sensra uses a subscription model tied to your workspace. This article covers how billing works, how to upgrade or cancel, and how workspace access is managed.

How billing works

Plans are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you upgrade and renews on the same date each month. There are no annual contracts — you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing in your workspace to upgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately and your billing cycle resets from the upgrade date. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your previous cycle.

Downgrading or cancelling

You can downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you downgrade below your current usage (e.g., more active projects than your new plan allows), you will need to archive projects until you are within the new limit.

Free plan

The Free plan does not require a credit card and does not expire. It is limited to 2 active projects, 10 AI generations per month, and 100 MB workspace file storage. It is intended for evaluation and very small client workflows, not ongoing production use.

Workspace access

Each plan includes a set number of seats. Free and Pro plans include 1 seat. Studio includes 3 seats. Additional seats beyond the plan limit are not currently available — contact sales if you need a custom seat count.

Receipts and invoices

Billing receipts are sent automatically to the email on your account after each successful charge. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing.
