Once a proposal is approved internally, you can share it with your client through a secure, scoped proposal link. The client can review the proposal and record their acceptance or request changes.
How proposal links work
Proposal links live at share.sensra.io. Each link is tied to a single approved proposal and a single project. Links use secure, unguessable URLs — there are no internal IDs or workspace details exposed.
Links can be:
- Active: The client can view and respond to the proposal.
- Revoked: You have manually disabled access to the link.
Creating a proposal link
- Open an approved proposal document in the project.
- Select Create client link.
- Set an optional expiry date (recommended for proposals with time-sensitive pricing).
- Copy the generated URL and send it to your client.
What the client sees
The client sees the proposal content — deliverables, timeline, investment summary, assumptions, and next steps. They do not see internal notes, AI metadata, your workspace settings, or any other project data.
Collecting client responses
Clients can mark the proposal as Accepted or flag it as Changes requested. Their response is logged in your workspace so you have a record. A client response does not automatically trigger task generation or billing — it is a signal for you to act on.
Revoking or regenerating a link
If you need to change the proposal after sharing it, revoke the existing link before editing. Once changes are made and re-approved, create a new link. The old URL will no longer be accessible after revocation.
What proposal links do not do
Proposal links are read-only sharing surfaces. They do not collect payment, create a client account, generate a scope of work automatically, or serve as legal contracts or e-signatures.
