The Pipeline view shows all your projects organized by deal stage in a single kanban-style board. It gives you a quick read on where each client relationship stands without opening individual projects.
Pipeline stages
Projects move through five stages based on their current status:
- Lead: New projects with intake in progress or not yet started.
- Discovery: Projects where the brief or proposal is being developed.
- Proposal sent: Projects where a client proposal link has been created and shared.
- Active: Projects where the proposal has been accepted and work is underway.
- Closed: Projects that are completed, archived, or voided.
Stage assignment is automatic — Sensra places each project in the right column based on its project status. You do not drag projects between stages manually; stages change when the underlying project progresses.
Opening the Pipeline
Select Pipeline from the sidebar. The board loads all active and recently closed projects for your workspace.
What each card shows
Each project card in the pipeline displays the project name, client name, and the time since the project was last updated. Select a card to open the full project view.
How to use the pipeline
Use the pipeline view for weekly deal reviews — scan for projects stuck in Discovery for too long, check how many proposals are currently sent and waiting on a client response, and confirm active projects are progressing through delivery.
What the pipeline does not do
The Pipeline view is read-only — it shows deal stage, not delivery task progress. For task-level delivery tracking, use the project Tasks tab or the delivery board inside each project. For aggregate insights across all projects, use the Insights view.
