Clients are the top-level organizational unit in Sensra. Each client can have multiple projects, each with their own intake, proposals, and tasks.
When to create a new client
Create a new client record for each distinct external business or individual you are doing project work for. If you work for the same company across multiple engagements, use one client record with multiple projects under it rather than creating a duplicate client per engagement.
Client details
A client record typically holds:
- Client name and contact details.
- One or more projects with their full intake, proposal, and task history.
Active project limits
Your plan determines how many active projects you can maintain across all clients. See Plans and limits for the limits on your current plan. Archive completed projects to free up a slot for new work without losing the history.
