Team members help review drafts, manage projects, and prepare delivery handoffs inside the same workspace. Workspace access is managed in Sensra, while sign-in is handled through each person's own account.
Roles
- Owner: Manages the workspace, billing, team, and project work.
- Admin: Helps manage workspace settings, members, and project work.
- Member: Works on clients, projects, documents, and tasks without managing workspace settings.
Inviting someone
Open workspace settings, go to the team area, and send an invitation to the teammate's email address. The invite should be accepted by the same email address so access is tied to the intended person.
Removing access
Remove a member when they no longer need access. Removed members should not appear as active team members or workspace options.
Plan limits
Each plan includes a seat limit. Pending invitations and active members may count toward that limit, so review your team list before inviting more people.
