What counts as an active project?

An active project is any project that has not been archived. Archive completed engagements to free up active project slots without losing the history.

How workspace file storage works

Project files count toward one shared workspace storage pool across all projects. You can see usage near the project Files upload area. Delete files or upgrade your plan when the workspace reaches its storage limit.
